  I. Core Structure and Working Principle

  1. Sensing Core: Symmetrical shear mode polycrystalline piezoelectric element, with an integrally insulated shell to eliminate ground loop interference and resist industrial electromagnetic noise.

  2. Built-in Signal Conditioning Circuit: Internally completes charge-to-current conversion, eliminating the need for an external charge amplifier; unlike ordinary IEPE voltage output, it adopts current modulation two-wire output, ensuring no attenuation over long distances. The two-wire current output is suitable for long-distance vibration protection monitoring of explosion-proof units.

  3. Outgoing Cable Protection: Standard configuration includes a stainless steel corrugated pipe integrated sealed cable, completely waterproof, lubricating oil, steam, and coolant-resistant, suitable for installation in unit oil tanks and high-temperature chambers.

  Backend Data Acquisition: Vibro-Meter VM600, Meggitt VibroSmart, and various unit vibration protection devices.

  Wiring: Two-core shielded twisted-pair cable, both lines supply power and transmit vibration current signals simultaneously.


  V. Installation and Wiring Points

  Installation Thread Standard: 1/4"-28 UNF, Tightening Torque 2.4 N·m

  Two-wire connection: The power and signal lines share a shielded twisted pair cable, with the shield grounded at one end.

  Back-end data acquisition: Must be used with a vibration rack with a current input channel (VM600 card dedicated channel); do not directly connect to the IEPE voltage input channel.

  Installation requirements: The sensor base must be fully flush with the metal surface of the equipment, tightened to the specified torque, avoiding soft installation of the shims which reduces high-frequency response.
