  Installation and Maintenance

  Hardware Installation:

  Wiring Requirements: Shielded cables must be grounded at one end to prevent signal interference; digital inputs/outputs must be equipped with LED indicators and overcurrent protection.

  Installation Steps: Secure the control box → Connect power/signal cables → Install the I/O module → Configure network parameters (default IP: 10.1.1.10).

  Software Configuration:

  Use a dedicated tool (such as the MC Configuration Tool) to search for devices, set IP addresses, load parameters, and import authorization files.

  Access the device's IP address (such as 10.60.60.100) through a browser and enter the default username/password (admin/admin12345) to log in and configure the device.

  Installation Steps:

  Insert the circuit board: Insert the control cable into the circuit board's wiring port. Secure the circuit board's screws and ensure the emergency button is operable.

  Film Application: Remove the adhesive backing and apply the film to the door frame, aligning it with the center of the emergency button, symmetrically on both sides.

  Network Configuration: Use the MC Configuration Tool to set the IP address (default 10.1.1.10), ensure the device and computer are on the same network segment, and complete the import of the authorization file.

  Maintenance and Troubleshooting

  Daily Maintenance:

  Regularly check the power supply, wiring, and sensor status, and clean the filter and heat sink.

  Follow the manufacturer's maintenance manual for lubricant replacement, filter cleaning, and electrical connection tightening.

  Common Faults and Solutions:

  Power Failure: Check voltage stability, fuses, and power module status.

  Communication Interruption: Verify network wiring, IP configuration, and protocol compatibility (e.g., Modbus address conflicts).

  Output Abnormality: Check the digital output load, relay status, and software parameter settings.

  Sensor Failure: Calibrate the RTD/current sensor and check the signal cable shielding and grounding.
