Product attributes
This product has excellent accuracy, ensuring precise input measurement height. Its accuracy is 0.1% of full scale, providing reliable data even when operating at changing temperatures, and maintaining consistent performance throughout the entire temperature range. This level of accuracy is crucial for precise measurement applications.
In order to maintain signal integrity and minimize interference, this product adopts a powerful noise suppression mechanism. It adopts a hardware filter with unipolar attenuation starting from 500 rad/s. This hardware filter can effectively eliminate unnecessary high-frequency noise in the input signal, ensuring clean and reliable data.
In addition to hardware filtering, this product also provides software filters. This filter adopts a bipolar low-pass filter configuration and can be adjusted to various cutoff frequencies: 0.75 Hz, 1.5 Hz, 3 Hz, 6 Hz, and 12 Hz. This flexibility allows users to customize filters based on their specific noise suppression needs, thereby further improving signal quality.
Common mode rejection (CMR) is crucial for suppressing unwanted interference or noise that appears as a common signal on two input leads. This product performs well in this regard, providing an impressive 60 dB AC CMR at 60 Hz. This level of CMR ensures effective elimination of interference from common sources such as electrical noise.
Even when handling common mode voltages up to ± 5 V, the AC CMR remains stable. This means that even with relatively high common mode voltage, the device can still maintain the ability to suppress unwanted noise, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the measurement signal.
Compatibility
The I/O package contains an internal processor board, while YAICS1A contains a BPPB processor board. The component lifecycle of this processor is limited, and firmware support is only up to V04.06.
