IS215UCVHM06A GE ANALOG IN/OUT BASIC
As part of the Mark VIe used in the gas turbine control management system. The electrical interface between one or two I/O Ethernet and the analog output terminal board is provided by the analog output (PAOC). PAOC includes a BPPx processor board and a pair of acquisition boards specifically designed for analog output functionality. PAOC can provide up to 8 simplex, 0-20 mA current loop outputs, and it also has an analog-to-digital converter for each output current feedback. Dual RJ-45 Ethernet connectors and a three pin power input are used as inputs for PAOC. The relevant terminal board connectors are directly connected to the output through DC-37 pin connectors. LED indicator lights are used to display visual diagnosis.

The
IS220PDIAH1A is an I/O pack that has two Ethernet ports. It is a critical
component of the GE Speedtronic MK VI gas turbine control series. This pack is
described as a discrete input-output pack and can be used with other terminal
boards.
Product
Description
Labeled as a Discrete I/O Pack the IS220PDIAH1A model is used in the Mark VI Series alongside the YDIA Discrete Input Module as well. Several different associated terminal boards can be used with the PDIA model which includes the following:
These models all work together with the PDIA to be approved for usage in hazardous locations. When being used in hazardous environments there are specific certifications needed. Certification ULE207685 is used for non-hazardous, Class I Zone 2 Group IIC, and Class I Division 2 Groups, A, B, C, and D locations. There is a specific certification required when being used in ATEX Zone 2 Group IIC locations, the certification is UL DEMKO 12 ATEX 1114875X.https://www.axcontroler.com/
Compared to other models in the Mark VI Series the IS220PDIAH1A does not necessarily have a specific faceplate as it is an I/O pack. On the front of the device, there are seven indicators, on the right side of the pack in a group of three there are indicators for the power and two for the link, one is indicated as ENet1, and the other ENet2. Underneath these three indicators, there is an Ethernet port which is used for cabling the model to the Ethernet to allow for easy Ethernet communication.
The IS220PDIAH1B is a GE Mark VIe I/O pack that combines with various GE terminal boards. The IS220PDIAH1B is approved for use in hazardous locations. The PDIA I/O can be paired with a number of different terminal boards including IS200STCIH1A and 2A, IS200STCIH8A, Is200TBCIH2C, or H4C, IS400TBCIH2C, IS400STCIH1A or 2A, or IS400STCIH8A. These are typically power distribution boards that are part of the Mark VIe Speedtronic system.
The IS220PDIAH1B I/O pack has a nominal voltage rating of 24.0 VDC with a max rating of 28.6. Contact inputs have a max voltage rating of 32 VDC. The unit is UL listed for both non-hazardous and hazardous locations. See documentation for all of the different Class and Zone UL markings. The IS220PDIAH1B is designed for use in temperatures between -30 to +65 degrees celsius (ambient temperature).
Additional information about this I/O pack can be found through GE's original documentation like manuals or user guides.
The IS220PDIAH1A pack has location standards two of which are UL 600790 Ed. 5 and UL 60079-15 Ed. 3 for use in Class I Zone 2 Group IIC. This information can be found in the GEH-6725 Mark VI Controls Equipment Hazloc Manual which is located above under the manuals tab.

This module is suitable for temperatures ranging from -30 to +65 degrees Celsius.
Reviews
For IS220PDIAH1A
The PDIA model is best used in the Mark VI System if a Discrete I/O pack is required. It must be used with several associated terminal boards to ensure that it can properly function in hazardous locations. Refer to the GEH-6725 manual for information on the associated terminal boards needed.
